We’re Chrisman Apiaries, a husband and wife honey business based in Oakdale, California.

For us, honey is personal. It is part of our everyday life, our work, our home, and the dream we are building together. Every jar comes from the bees we care for and the seasons we get to experience here in the Central Valley and surrounding foothills.

We care deeply about keeping honey the way nature intended it to be. That means raw, unfiltered, and never stripped of the natural character that makes it so special. We do not believe honey should be overly processed or treated like just another sweetener. Real honey has texture, depth, aroma, and flavor that changes with the flowers, the weather, and the season.

To us, raw honey feels alive with the place it came from. Some batches are light and floral. Some are rich, bold, and almost fruit like. Each one tells a different story, and we love being able to share that with you.
